Corwin Matthews is the CFO of a Public Transportation Company with 28 years of experience in business management. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, serves on the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Board of Directors, and is a member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials. He has a Bachelor from Michigan Tech University and MBA from Wayne State University.
Carolyn Matthews is a retired Hurley Medical Center and Genesee County Jail medical department nurse. Her love of baking wedding cakes led to the ownership of Stonegate Banquet Center, food service for Genesee County, Crossroads Village, and the National Guard. She enjoys a 20-year membership at Family Worship Center Church.
Greg Matthews currently has 24 years of experience in law enforcement as a patrol officer and supervisor. He has 26 years of service in the U.S. Army, serving as a Combat Signaler and Communication Systems Operator, Medical Supply Sergeant, and Transportation Sergeant. He has an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, and majored in Diversity and Public Safety.
Nia Matthews is currently attending Oakland University in the Honors College majoring in Integrative Studies. She is a dedicated member of the foundation and is interested in film, anime, and music.
